The Wind and Weather Protector is a Phonak-exclusive technology that shields high-tech BTE microphones from dust and humidity. As a result, they last far longer, lowering your hearing system's service costs. Depending on the conditions, the Wind and Weather Protector should last several months (wet, dusty, perspiration etc.). The Wind and Weather Protector should not be cleaned but should be replaced on a regular basis. Never use your hearing systems without the Wind and Weather Protector.
