LA-90 Portable Hearing Loop System
The LA-90 Portable Loop System helps hearing aid users hear speech more clearly during one-to-one conversations. It sends the speaker's voice directly to compatible hearing aids using the T or MT telecoil programme, making it ideal for reception desks, service counters, interview rooms and other public-facing areas.

- Portable Hearing Loop: Creates a local induction loop signal that can be received directly by hearing aids set to the T or MT programme.
- Clearer One-to-One Communication: Helps hearing aid users hear the person speaking at reception desks, counters, interviews and other face-to-face settings.
- Built-In Microphone: Captures the speaker's voice without requiring a separate microphone for normal use.
- External Microphone Connection: Includes a 3.5mm microphone input, with adjustable sensitivity, for situations where an additional microphone is required.
- Visual Loop Indicator: An orange status light flashes when the system is transmitting a loop signal, providing useful visual confirmation that it is working.
- Headphone Connection: A 3.5mm headphone socket with adjustable volume provides additional listening options with compatible accessories.
- Rechargeable Battery: Provides up to approximately 6 hours of use from a full charge, making the system suitable for portable use.
- Charging Time: A fully depleted battery takes approximately 3 hours to recharge and the LA-90 can still be used while charging.
- Automatic Switch-Off: Switches off automatically after approximately two minutes without a microphone signal, helping to conserve battery power.
- Flexible Installation: Can be used as a portable unit or securely fixed to a counter or tabletop using the concealed mounting holes.
- Theft Protection: Includes provision for a Kensington-style security lock, useful in reception and public-facing areas.
- Power Supply: Operates from the supplied mains power unit or the built-in 12V NiMH rechargeable battery.
